HIGH QUALITY PEPTIDES

How to store Peptides?

Proper storage is essential to maintain peptide stability, purity, and overall research integrity. We recommend following strict environmental controls to ensure optimal performance of your compounds.

Peptides are generally stable at room temperature for short periods (up to approximately one month), depending on sequence and handling conditions. For long-term preservation, refrigeration or freezing is strongly advised.

MIXED (RECONSTITUTED) PEPTIDES – STORAGE

Once peptides have been reconstituted, they must be stored in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C.

  • Recommended expiry: Use within 3–8 weeks, depending on peptide sequence and stability
  • Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations after mixing
  • Keep vials sealed and protected from contamination

UNMIXED (LYOPHILIZED) PEPTIDES – STORAGE

In dry powder form, peptides are highly stable when stored correctly.

  • Freezer storage (-20°C to 0°C): Stable for up to 48 months (4 years)
  • Recommended use window: Within 18 months of purchase for optimal reliability
  • Refrigerator storage (short-term 1–3 months): Acceptable if frequent freeze–thaw cycles are avoided

Repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided as they may compromise peptide integrity.

For best possible storage conditions, store your peptides in a sealed container away from UV light, away from oxygen and moisture. You can add moisture absorption packages and oxygen absorption packets while packing at room temperate. Then store following the procedure above. Vacuum storage containers are another alternative we recommend.
